Reality check

This is what traveling cross country with two kids under the age of 4 looks like. What the photo doesn't show is the roof rack that is packed full of stuff we just couldn't live without and the back seat filled with snacks, toys, blankets, tossed cheerios and spilled chocolate milk. How did we end up with all of this stuff? Packing light just wasn't an option. We've essentially been "on the road" since the end of August when the movers packed up our stuff in Memphis. We had to pack summer clothes and fall clothes for our short time on the east coast and a few things to get us through the colder weather in the mountains. I think it's safe to say we may never do a move this complicated or crazy again.

I know that Logan is too young to remember this move but it will be fun to show him the photos when he is older!
