Our road trip took us to my hometown in Kansas, St. Louis, Kentucky, D.C. and Virginia. I am just amazed at how well the boys have adjusted, they are great little travelers. We said farewell to kitty - she'll be staying with my parents in Kansas for a while - and met Jon in St. Louis to begin our journey to the east coast. Since Jon didn't have to check into his training squadron until after Labor Day, we took our time and enjoyed the drive out. Here are some highlights...
